  • Where It Started

    Sim Motion was founded in 2020 by Darin Gangi, a pioneer in sim racing since the early 1990s. After running successful online leagues, building Inside Sim Racing into a community of more than 160,000 subscribers, and working with major hardware manufacturers, Darin launched Sim Motion's U.S. division out of his Spokane garage.

    What began as a one-man operation quickly expanded through partnerships with brands like Simagic, Heusinkveld, and Moza Racing. Today, Sim Motion has a full warehouse, a dedicated local team, and an interactive showroom where customers can test professional-grade simulators before they buy.

Darin Gangi is the CEO and Founder of Sim Motion, bringing more than two decades of experience in sim racing and hardware development. He launched Sim Motion’s U.S. division in 2020 and continues to lead the company’s strategy, partnerships, and long-term vision. Darin is deeply involved in daily operations and remains committed to offering high-performance gear with exceptional service. His background in media and community building guides Sim Motion as it grows into a major U.S. sim racing retailer.

Trinity Boyd leads Sim Motion’s digital presence and creative direction, designing our visuals, managing social platforms, and building out the website experience. She creates marketing content, product pages, and blog posts that keep the brand fresh and aligned with customer needs. With a degree in Visual Communication Design and a minor in Computer Science, she brings both creativity and strategy to every project. Outside of work, she runs her own nail art business and enjoys cozy gaming on her Steam Deck.
