Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Continental United States (48 states)
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories (carrier-calculated rates only)
  • Canada (carrier-calculated rates)
  • U.S. Military addresses (USPS only, carrier-calculated rates)

We do not offer standard international shipping outside of the regions listed above.

Free Shipping Eligibility

Free shipping promotions apply only under the following conditions:

Eligible:

  • Continental United States orders of $249.99 or more
  • Canadian orders of $249.99 or more

Not eligible:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories
  • U.S. Military addresses
  • International orders outside the U.S. and Canada
  • Drop shipped products

Warehouse Shipping (In-Stock Items)

All in-stock items are shipped from our warehouse in Spokane, Washington.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days
  • Orders are processed in the order they are received
  • Monday through Friday are considered business days

Delivery Times

  • Continental U.S.: 1 to 6 business days after processing
  • Outside continental U.S.: transit times vary based on carrier

Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item:

  • Orders may be held until all or most items are available to ship
  • Alternate arrangements may be made upon request

Lead Times

  • Estimated availability: 1 to 30 days depending on the product
  • Delivery timing begins once the item arrives at our warehouse

Drop Shipped Products

Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are not stocked in the Sim Motion warehouse.

  • Shipping rates are calculated by the manufacturer
  • Transit times vary based on manufacturer location

  • Local pickup is not available for these items

Local Pickup

  • Available for in-stock warehouse items only
  • You will be notified by email or phone when your order is ready

Local pickup is not available for drop shipped products.
