The ESX wheel is what makes it Xbox-ready
The ESX is officially licensed for Xbox, and it's the piece that unlocks console play for the whole setup. Snap it onto any of the five bases and the rig works on Xbox. Your pedals plug straight into the wheelbase, so there's no extra adapter or hub to buy.

Step 1: Pick your wheelbase
The wheelbase is the biggest decision in the bundle. More torque means stronger, more detailed force feedback, but it also means more load on your mounting, so match the base to your rig as much as your budget.

R9 V3: the entry point to real direct drive
The R9 V3 delivers 9 Nm through a direct drive servo motor, with the same 21-bit encoder resolution as the bases above it. For anyone coming off a gear-driven or belt-driven Xbox wheel, this is a massive jump in detail. It's compact enough to run on a desk with the optional clamp, which makes it the easiest base to fit into a living room or shared space.
R12 V2: the one most drivers should look at first
Three more Nm doesn't sound like much on paper, but it's the difference between feeling the car and feeling it with room to spare. The R12 V2 also gets MOZA's segmented skew rotor and carbon fiber wrapped rotor, which cut cogging and keep the motor near-silent. For most Xbox racers building their first serious setup, this is the balance point.
R16 Ultra: where the Ultra line starts
The R16 Ultra moves up to MOZA's newest platform: a zero-cogging flat-wire motor, a 600 MHz processor, and 16 Nm of sustained torque. It adds dual RGB light strips that can show ABS, traction control, shift and flag telemetry, plus front and side mounting options. At this torque level, plan on a proper cockpit rather than a desk.
R21 Ultra: sustained power for long stints
The R21 Ultra keeps everything that makes the R16 Ultra great and pushes sustained output to 21 Nm without throttling. That headroom matters in heavier cars and long endurance sessions, where lesser bases start to fade.
R25 Ultra: the flagship
The R25 Ultra is the only base in the bundle with a true torque sensor, sampling at up to 2 kHz with 0.1% accuracy. It reads your steering input as well as it delivers feedback, which translates into sharper, tighter handling at the limit. With 25 Nm of sustained torque, it's built for drivers with a rigid rig who want the most MOZA offers.
Step 2: Pick your pedals
Both pedal sets use a load cell brake paired with a 15-bit angle sensor, so you're braking on pressure (like a real car) with the precision of position sensing on top. The difference is how far each one goes.

SRP2: the smart starting point
The SRP2 gives you a real load cell brake without the cockpit requirements. Its pedal angle is tuned for desk and wheel stand setups, adjustments are tool-free, and the optional Performance Kit expands brake feel to over 1,000 configurations if you want to go deeper later.
CRP2: built for a proper rig
The CRP2 doubles the load cell to 200 kg, which covers nearly the full braking force range of real race cars. That extra range lets you build muscle memory around how hard you press, not just how far. The three-stage clutch mimics a performance car's pressure plate, and inverted mounting support means it can replicate a road car's hanging pedal layout. Every pedal is tested to over one million press cycles.
2 pedals or 3?
The 3-pedal version adds a clutch. You only need it if you plan to drive with a manual clutch, usually paired with an H-pattern shifter. If you shift with paddles, the 2-pedal set covers you and keeps the money in your budget for other upgrades.

A quick way to read it: stepping up one wheelbase adds $100 to $200, adding a clutch to the SRP2 adds about $46, and moving from SRP2 to CRP2 adds $220 on a 2-pedal set.
Which bundle should you buy?
Upgrading from your first Xbox wheel, racing at a desk or on a wheel stand: R9 V3 with SRP2 2-pedal. It's the lowest-cost way into direct drive and load cell braking, and it fits where your current setup already lives.
Want one setup that won't feel outgrown in a year: R12 V2 with SRP2. You get real torque headroom and a near-silent motor without needing a full cockpit. Add the 3-pedal set if you drive with a clutch.
Building or already own a dedicated cockpit: R16 Ultra with CRP2. The Ultra platform's flat-wire motor and the 200 kg brake are both at their best on a rigid rig.
Endurance racers and heavy, high-downforce cars: R21 Ultra with CRP2. The sustained 21 Nm won't fade across long stints.

Is 9 Nm enough?
For most drivers coming from a gear or belt wheel, yes. 9 Nm of direct drive is a major step up in detail and response. If you want extra headroom for heavier cars or a stronger feel, the R12 V2 is the next step.
Do I need the 3-pedal version?
Only if you want to drive with a clutch, typically alongside an H-pattern shifter. If you shift with paddles, 2 pedals are all you need.
